Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is still high in Indonesia (349/100.000). The Province of West Nusa Tenggara is one among the area in Indonesia who has high Maternal Mortality Rate.

This film attempt to describe the limited health services facility and road infrastucture that stimulate the high numbers of maternal mortality in Central Lombok. In this film, Women Research Institute also attempts to picture strengthening civil society awareness on the importance of women’s reproductive rights to decrease maternal mortality in Central Lombok. This short film was produced from mid 2012 to December 2012.
